Hi Sir Omeng, tanong ko lang, pag bumili na ba ako ng shares sa isang company may makukuha ba ako stock certificate? or paano ko malalaman na meron nako shares of stocks?

Hi sir, you got an interesting site here….may i ask something…..how about having variable life insurance as a vehicle for investment? At least may protection ka na may investment pa….i was thinking to open accont sa COL BUT THEN on second thought, im considering more to just make top ups sa VUL ko.at least may fund managers na magmamanage….what i your thoughts about this idea….baka rin kasi umalis ako ng bansa next year e hindi ko na maaalagaan din pag nag start ako sa COL.

Hi Joy, VUL has its pros and cons. It has lots of fees but has its own benefits.
For those without time monitoring, direct investing may not advisable.
One can then choose between VUL with more fees or buy Mutual Fund and buy term insurance, the later requiring the discipline to do it on a regular basis.

good day sir!what if nkakita ako ng isang company na base sa research ko e malaki ang profit base sa history chart about 50%-100% then i decided ang mag invest ako dun at bumili ng madaming shares. Then ng lumaki ng 100% ung share ko within 2years i decided na ibenta, pero the problem is.. indi maxado kilala ung company.. kc as i can see hindi maxado xa nirerekomenda dito sa COL and indi din napapansin.. may pasibility po ba na indi ako kumita kc masstock na lng ung share ko sa company mismo kc nga ayaw naman nila bilhin kahit na babaan ko pa ung price compare sa last or latest price? kc ito yung common na alam ng mga baguhan na once na double ung price ng share mo, (nag invest ka ng 200,000.00 na double price naging 400,000.00 pera mo) kikita ka agad ng 100% not knowing kung gaano kadali or kahirap mag benta ng share lalo pa kung di ung kilala. paki clarify lang po or paki tama kung mali ako.. thanks a lot sir omeng

Hi Owe, hmm, that’s one concern you can have if hindi ganun ka-“liquid” ang stock/company na pipiliin mo. there will always be buyers though, problem you will have is you may need really lower down your asking price. I suggest you start with blue chips since they are more active and easy easiest to buy and sell.

thanks sir. Sir i decided to open my account at COL. Correct me if i’m wrong sir, i think yan ung advantage ng undervalue na stock e ano nman kya ang disadavatage nito over sa higher stock? thanks po sir
